Could you provide inspiration and support to our operational services to provide excellence in residential care?

We are looking to appoint someone on a fixed term of 12 months, with proven success in residential management, either in a Registered Manager or Regional Management role. You should have the ability to build and maintain excellent strategic relationships with Commissioners, and support the Director in transforming the existing business model to allow new models of delivery to grow and existing businesses to flourish.

The role will be responsible for the operational management, improvement and development of service provisions within a defined setting in the NE Region providing clear positive outcomes for our beneficiaries. Supporting the Nominated Individual in ensuring that all the services within the assigned area are effectively managed and achieve or exceed contractual and organisational requirements, which are in line with the Foundation’s vision, values and strategic plan.

The role will lead, motivate and develop PHF services and teams in achieving excellent customer service ensuring high levels of internal and external engagement. Provide financial oversight and management for all service budgets, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulation and legislation and a responsive, customer focussed service.
